Location: National, with frequent travel to the Gloucester office

In order to maximise this and to ensure we maintain our high levels of customer service we are now looking to recruit a Key Account Manager to liaise and build strong relationships with our customers.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a history of selling to retailers in the UK, ideally in the Horticulture or related industries. Drive and passion for success are some of the key ingredients we are looking for. The role provides the candidate with the exciting opportunity to build upon the existing relationship with National Account customers whilst continually seeking to drive new business and to develop new potential accounts.
You will be a professional with knowledge of the sector and the passion to drive the business forward, keeping abreast of Horticultural trends and developments and representing the Glendale Horticulture brand. Grower Supervisor - Westmancote, Nr Tewkesbury
Reporting to the Nursery Manager your role will be to manage the growing team and to ensure that the correct standards and procedures are met and followed by all.
This is an important role for Glendale Horticulture, which involves the organisation of people, plants and machinery effectively to ensure crops are grown to correct standards to meet with agreed specifications and deadlines. The position also includes the need for an individual to work towards providing optimum growing conditions for all plants on site to reach the required marketing standard.We need an individual who can demonstrate the ambition and drive necessary to make a difference to our organisation. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to manage and train a team effectively within the correct standards. We are looking for an individual that is prepared to step up and assist in all areas if staff are absent. The individual will be a good communicator and have the skills to deal with difficult situations professionally and with diplomacy. We are looking for a team player, and require an individual with the competencies to work without direction where necessary. Applicants should be willing to work weekends.
